Tonya Banks is one of the stars of the reality series Little Women: LA who has previously acted in a number of television series and movies in minor roles. She became the first ever little-person to be a female lead in film history with her role in the film The Internship Games.

She was a guest-star in a 1994 episode of Martin and a 1999 episode of Ally McBeal.

She was a stand-in and stunt performer for the 2003 film Bad Santa.
